These fruit trays are made in India from 100% recycled paper and are fully recyclable, representing an eco-friendly alternative to plastic trays. They are suitable for a range of fruits, including pomegranates, apples, peaches and oranges.
Our production process follows the circular economy model. We use 100% recovered paper (cardboard & newsprint) to manufacture our products. In this way we conserve valuable natural resources and reduce the amount of waste in the world.
The product is available in one cover and one base design, both made from 100% recycled paper, and suitable for all configurations. The hot-pressing process guarantees the dimensional accuracy of the base’s cavities, which secure the box in place and those of the cover that protect the fragile corners. Molded fiber absorbs all shocks and vibrations during transit, ensuring the packed product remains intact and fully protected.

The paper nursery tray is manufactured from paper pulp, which is completely non-toxic and non-polluting, and can reach 100% degradation. As the seedling tray must be in direct contact with the soil, these characteristics are of the utmost importance. Once these moulded pulp trays have been recycled, they can still be used as raw materials for seedling trays and continue to be put into production.
The seeds are evenly distributed in the nursery trays to ensure regular emergence and consistent growth direction. The use of nursery trays facilitates centralised management and improves work efficiency. It also reduces the risk of reduced production due to seed distortion. Furthermore, the seedling roots are protected when transplanting with the nursery tray, increasing the survival rate to almost 100%.
